The physiotherapists
Helen Bleasdale
Specialist neurological and vestibular physiotherapist · Co-founder
Helen has worked for the NHS (including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery) and privately in the field of neurology for many years.
Helen is passionate about enabling clients to exercise to maintain and improve both their general health and their condition.
Helen is experienced in complex movement analysis, gait rehabilitation and balance re education. She uses electrical stimulation for rehabilitation and to help walking. She is trained in the assessment and treatment of central and peripheral vestibular disorders.
Helen has completed post graduate training in neurological rehabilitation at Brunel University and has completed basic and advance Bobath courses.
Helen is registered with the Health and Care Professions council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and is a member of ACPIN (the neurological physiotherapists special interest group) and ACPVIR (the vestibular physiotherapist specialist interest group).
Jacinta Sharp
Specialist neurological physiotherapist · Co-founder
Jacinta has over 20 years experience working in neurology, both privately and with local NHS trusts.
After completing an initial Physiotherapy Degree at the University of Sydney, the leading University in neurological physiotherapy in Australia, she worked in Sydney hospitals before moving to the UK.
Jacinta has post graduate training in Stroke and Neurorehabilitation at UCL and Keele Universities. She has a strong evidence based approach to neurological rehabilitation. The therapeutic adjuncts she uses in treatment include Functional Electrical Stimulation, Saebo Dynamic Movement Orthoses and PD Warrior exercises.
Jacinta is registered with the Health and Care Professions council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and is a member of ACPIN (the neurological physiotherapists special interest group).

Every trainer is qualified, insured, DBS-checked and given condition-specific training by our physiotherapists before working with clients.
