For prospective clients
How it works
A simple path from first conversation to regular, specialist training — with a physiotherapist involved throughout.
- 01
Initial assessment
You are seen together by a specialist neurological physiotherapist and the personal trainer who will work with you. We look at your movement, balance, strength and safety, talk through your medical history, and agree the goals that matter most to you.
- 02
Your exercise programme
The physiotherapist designs a tailored programme — strength, balance, walking, fitness and confidence — written for your home, your community or your gym, and matched to your condition and current level.
- 03
Ongoing one-to-one sessions
Your personal trainer delivers the programme in regular one-to-one sessions, progressing exercises as you improve and keeping detailed notes on how you are getting on.
- 04
Physiotherapy input on request
The physiotherapist stays involved behind the scenes. If anything changes — a fall, a flare-up, a new goal, a plateau — your trainer can call on us, and we can review you in person or adjust the programme.
- 05
Trainer education and support
Every associate trainer receives condition-specific training from us, online or face to face, so the person delivering your sessions genuinely understands neurological rehabilitation.
Where we can train
Sessions can take place in your own home, out in the community — a park, a local walking route, the shops — or in a local gym. Many people mix all three as their confidence grows.
